Discovering a Better Self in Nature | Youda Insulation Materials 2025 Team-Building Journey
In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure work environment, everyone carries responsibilities like gears running at full speed. At Youda Insulation Materials, we believe that employees are not only our most valuable partners but also the heart of our success. To help our team relax, reconnect, and strengthen bonds, we organized a 3-day, 2-night outdoor team-building journey in the scenic region of Benxi Huanren, China.
This trip was more than just a getaway. It was a moment of laughter, adventure, and unity—an unforgettable memory that reflects both our care for employees and our commitment to building a positive, energetic workplace culture.
- A Journey Begins with Excitement
On August 22, colleagues gathered at our company headquarters and set off together by bus. Along the way, the bus was filled with excitement, conversations, and laughter. Some discussed strategies for the upcoming rafting adventure, while others looked forward to the bonfire party at night. Even before arriving, the trip had already brought us closer together.
- Daya River Rafting – Laughter in the Rapids
The highlight of the second day was the Daya River Rafting experience. With clear waters and thrilling rapids, the activity tested not only our courage but also our teamwork.
Equipped with safety gear and water tools, everyone joined in a fun “splash battle,” filling the valley with laughter.
Colleagues supported one another during the adventure, truly embodying the spirit of working together in the same boat.
The company’s thoughtful preparations, such as waterproof clothing and protective equipment, ensured everyone could enjoy the activity with peace of mind.
This was more than an outdoor challenge—it was a reminder that trust and cooperation are at the heart of every successful team.
- Longxi Valley – A Walk into Serenity
After lunch, we visited the tranquil Longxi Valley Scenic Area. Surrounded by lush greenery and gentle streams, it felt like stepping into a living landscape painting.
Walking together through the valley, colleagues engaged in lighthearted conversations, sharing stories beyond work.
Some paused to take photos, while others enjoyed the calming sounds of nature.
In the evening, we savored a local farmhouse dinner before gathering around the bonfire party. As the flames lit up the night sky, everyone sang, danced, and celebrated together. The bonfire wasn’t just entertainment—it symbolized warmth, unity, and the joy of being part of one family.
- Climbing Wunü Mountain – Reaching New Heights
On the morning of August 24, after a hearty breakfast, the team set out for the climb up Wunü Mountain.
During the ascent, colleagues encouraged one another, proving that every challenge becomes easier when tackled together.
Reaching the summit, we were rewarded with breathtaking views, a moment of pride, and the shared sense of achievement.
The climb symbolized more than physical endurance—it reflected our company’s spirit of perseverance, collaboration, and striving for greater heights together.
- What This Journey Means for Us
This 3-day, 2-night team-building event was not only a refreshing escape but also a meaningful experience:
It allowed us to release stress and embrace joy in nature.
