The G10 epoxy sheets
G10 epoxy glass fiber sheets, also known as epoxy fiberglass laminates, are composite materials made by impregnating woven glass fiber cloth with high-performance epoxy resin, then curing under controlled heat and pressure. This construction gives G10 an outstanding balance of mechanical strength, dimensional stability, electrical insulation, and environmental resistance.
The material exhibits high tensile strength, a high modulus of elasticity, excellent impact resistance, good chemical stability, and reliable fatigue resistance. It also offers low moisture absorption, making it suitable for humid or wet operating environments.
