Product Introduction
FR4 epoxy glass fiber laminate is a type of laminate formed by immersing glass fiber cloth in epoxy resin and then forming it through heat and pressure. It is suitable for use in isothermal and medium temperature conditions, offering certain mechanical and electrical performance for mechanical, electrical, and electronic insulation components. The material is made by impregnating glass fiber cloth with brominated epoxy resin, then heated and pressed. It exhibits high mechanical and dielectric properties, flame resistance, good heat and moisture resistance, and is easily machinable.
